sTRAWBERRIES

Coming October, we will be planting 1000’s of organic strawberry plants. We are planting three different varieties and trialing growing methods to determine best yields. Keep an eye out for our fresh, organic strawberries coming this next season. We will be announcing some u-pick days and events in the future.

Cooler space

In May, we started construction on our new 320 square foot, walk-in cooler space. We will be able to take our fresh harvests straight to the cooler to give you the freshest product. The framing is now complete and our next step will be to install several layers of rigid foam board insulation, giving the cooler an R value of 26 - exceeding the commercial baseline standard. We anticipate this will be completed and operational before we harvest anything this Fall.

Produce Stands & Market

We are in the planning stages for the building of a permanent produce market stand on site just off of Pierce. And, we are looking for locations across the valley to establish a weekly remote presence with mobile produce carts. Updates to follow.
